Payment card data is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on FMFT systems.
Practitioners may submit clinical case information, including details about their own clients, as part of the FMFT case review process. This information is used solely to provide mentorship and case support to the Practitioner and is handled in accordance with Section 6 of this Policy. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing on behalf of third parties.
Certain features of the FMFT platform — including lab result interpretation support, supplement recommendation frameworks, and report generation within the Thrive Nine system — are assisted by artificial intelligence tools.
Where AI is used in these processes:
We are actively reviewing whether any protected health information (PHI) passes through our AI processing pipeline. Until that review is complete, Practitioners are advised not to submit identifiable patient information through AI-assisted features unless they have independently confirmed their own compliance obligations under HIPAA or applicable privacy law. This Policy will be updated to reflect the outcome of that review.
We do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on Practitioners without human review.
We share information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the FMFT program. These include:
Our CRM, email, SMS, funnel, and marketing automation platform. Practitioner contact information, enrollment data, and communication history are stored and processed in Scalerize.ai.
Our proprietary client assessment and progress tracking platform. Case data, assessment responses, and program progress information are stored within the Thrive Nine system.
Our customer support platform. Support tickets, communications, and associated contact information are processed by Zendesk.
We use third-party payment processors to handle all billing transactions. Payment card data is processed directly by the processor and is not stored on FMFT servers.
Certain platform features use third-party AI infrastructure for content generation and data interpretation. See Section 4 for details.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of FMFT, our Practitioners, or others.
Where Practitioners submit clinical case information — including details about their clients — as part of the FMFT case review and mentorship process, that information is:
