About Functional Medicine Fast Track

Built by a practitioner who lived every failure point first — then spent a decade building the complete system.

Garric Vosloo is a physiotherapist and one of the first in his profession to become internationally certified in functional medicine. He didn't build FMFT from theory. He built it from the gaps he hit himself — and built the most complete system he'd encountered so that the 1,500+ practitioners who came after him didn't have to.

The origin story

A physiotherapist who kept asking the question nobody was answering.

Garric Vosloo trained and practiced as a physiotherapist. Like most practitioners working inside the conventional system, he kept seeing the same pattern: patients who improved, discharged, and returned. The same shoulder. The same lower back. The same fatigue running underneath everything else. The structural issue would resolve — but something upstream never did.

Most practitioners accept that as the nature of the work. Garric didn't. It was an integrative doctor — just beginning to explore functional medicine himself — who introduced him to a different framework entirely. Find the root cause. Remove the upstream burden. Let the body do what it's designed to do.

I went looking for a system that could actually get patients to resolution — not just manage them through it. Functional medicine was the only framework that consistently delivered that."

He pursued advanced functional medicine certification — becoming one of the first physiotherapists in the world to do so. Costly. Years in the making. And when he came out the other side, he was ready to build something different.

The reality hit almost immediately. He had the clinical framework but no system to build a practice around it. Clients were engaged at the start — but without a retention infrastructure or marketing engine, the 1-to-1 model meant they drifted. The knowledge was sound. The complete system wasn't built yet.

How the system was built

Moving to the US in 2016 changed the frame. Not the clinical thinking — the systems thinking.

In 2016 Garric relocated to the United States. Exposure to systems-based business models — subscription infrastructure, retention mechanics, scalable delivery — gave him the language for what functional medicine practices were missing. The clinical framework was solid. The complete operating system around it didn't exist yet.

The original FMFT was built on those foundations. But as with anything built in response to real problems, the problems evolved. Practitioners completing the program asked for more: longer-term clinical case support, a marketing system that didn't require them to become marketers, a business model that didn't have them starting from zero every month.

What we have now is the answer to all of that — a complete all-in-one system that addresses every failure point Garric himself hit, and that every practitioner who came through after him hit too.

Business in a box — not a course

FMFT is not a certification. Not a coaching program. Not a software platform. It is a complete operating system — clinical mentorship, marketing engine, done-for-you platform, and subscription revenue model — delivered as one integrated system, ready to run under your brand from day one.

The physiotherapy background gave Garric something not every functional medicine educator has: a root-cause mindset that predated the formal framework itself. The certification formalised it. But the question — why is this patient still unwell? — was already the driving force long before the qualification.

Practitioners who train with us consistently get patients to resolution — not just symptom management. Patients who reach resolution refer. Practices built on referrals don't depend on ad spend. That long-term flywheel is what we're building toward for every practitioner in the system.

Why we built differently

The existing landscape wasn't failing practitioners by accident. It was structurally incomplete.

We mapped what the market was offering and where practitioners kept falling through the gaps. The pattern was consistent: strong clinical education with no business infrastructure, business coaching from people who'd never run a functional medicine practice, or marketing services with no understanding of how a chronic-illness audience actually makes decisions.

What the market was offering

  • Standalone FM certifications with no practice-building support

  • Business coaching from coaches who'd never run an FM practice

  • Marketing agencies with no understanding of the chronic-illness audience

  • Software platforms with no clinical or marketing integration

  • No ongoing case support once the course ends

  • 1:1 delivery with no path to recurring income

What we built instead

  • Clinical mentorship on every case — detailed, personalised case-by-case review

  • Scalerize.ai — built for functional medicine from the ground up, not repurposed from e-commerce

  • A done-for-you client program — nothing to build from scratch

  • A tiered subscription model with recurring revenue built in from day one

  • Clinical, marketing, and platform — integrated, not stitched together

  • Long-term support that evolves as the practice grows

The all-in-one argument

A practitioner with clinical knowledge but no marketing system can't find clients. One with clients but no done-for-you program spends every hour building content. One with content but no clinical case support loses confidence on complex cases. One with all three but no recurring revenue model starts from zero every month.

The FMFT system addresses all four simultaneously — because addressing them separately was exactly what the market had already tried. The integration is what makes the results consistent across 1,500+ practitioners with different credentials, niches, and starting points. One system. One supplier. Everything built and connected from day one.

Clinical Mentorship

A senior clinical team reviews every case you submit — detailed, personalised feedback on each client. You are never making complex clinical decisions alone.

Scalerize.ai

Built specifically for functional medicine. Funnels, ad strategy, and automation managed by our team. You don't become a marketer. We handle the acquisition.

Done-For-You Platform

A complete multi-year client journey. Thrive Nine assessments across 9 biological domains. Professionally produced content. Under your brand from day one.

Subscription Revenue Model

Tiered recurring income — Signature, Gold, Platinum. Predictable. Compounding. Not dependent on next month's discovery calls.

The person behind the system

Built by a practitioner, for practitioners — not by a business coach who studied the space from the outside.

Garric Vosloo

BSc Physiotherapy · Advanced Functional Medicine Certification

One of the first physiotherapists in the world to pursue advanced functional medicine training. 10+ years building functional medicine practices and training practitioners across every credential — nurses, MDs, chiropractors, naturopaths, PAs, nutritionists. Creator of the Thrive Nine platform, Scalerize.ai, and the clinical and business infrastructure that backs every practitioner in the system.

The physiotherapy background is not incidental. It is the origin of the root-cause mindset that drives the entire clinical framework — a discipline built around asking why, not just treating what's visible.

Clinical mentorship team

Every practitioner in the system has access to a senior clinical mentorship team — practitioners with decades of combined clinical experience across functional medicine, integrative medicine, and allied health disciplines. Every client case submitted receives detailed, personalised review. You are never making complex clinical decisions alone.
