How to Transition from Functional Medicine Follower to Leader

Building the bridge from functional medicine follower to functional medicine leader is critical to get functional medicine right.

So many people love functional medicine.

Practitioners, when it’s in their blood, they never want to leave it.

The problem is that most become just followers.

They watch all the webinars. Follow all the brands. They start with a few clients, but they never grow beyond that.

We need more leaders.

I don’t mean one of the functional medicine celebrities.

Leaders inspire people.

There are millions of patients out there who really need to be inspired by a functional medicine leader.

Once you realize that and cross the bridge from follower to leader, you’ll have no limits.

  • No limits on the patients you can serve at the highest level.
  • No limits on your lifestyle.
  • No limits on your income.

That is exciting.

Getting functional medicine right is part of this process of becoming a functional medicine leader instead of a follower.

We’ve seen that with many practitioners we’ve worked with over the years. Some are successful, and some held back by their inability to build the bridge and become a leader.

Are you one of the leaders inspiring or the followers holding back?

If you’re still following, dabbling in functional medicine, you aren’t serving you or your patients at the highest level.

In this video, I talk more about transitioning from functional medicine follower to functional medicine leader and the two groups of people that a functional medicine leader must be able to inspire to serve patients at the highest level and grow a strong and sustainable business.
